Welcome to Stripes
Hiring someone
shouldn't feel
like a gamble
Somewhere along the way it started to. Four-hour arrival windows. Quotes that move once the ladder is already up. Crews who leave faster than they arrived and never pick up the phone again.
We built Stripes to be the opposite of all that. We turn up when we said we would. We quote once. And we work on your house the way we'd work on our own — slowly enough to get the corners, carefully enough that you'd never know we'd been there, except for the view.
Pour yourself something cold. We've got the glass.

Our standards
Four things
we never bend on
-
01
Respect
The golden rule
Shoe covers on, drop cloths down, ladders placed with care. Beds and shrubs go back exactly as we found them, and every home gets left better than we walked into it.
-
02
Punctuality
A real arrival time
You get a fixed start and a fixed finish, not a vague window. And if traffic ever puts us behind, you hear it from us before you have to wonder.
-
03
Craft
Finished by hand
Every pane is washed and bladed off by hand. Frames, sills and tracks are part of the job — not a line item we quietly add at the end.
-
04
Accountability
No questions asked
We check in the day after. If a single pane isn't right, we come back out and redo it — no argument, no second invoice, no fuss.
What we do
Services
Everything that makes a window a window — the glass, the frame, the sill, the track and the screen. Gutters, power washing and soft wash go on the same visit, so the whole exterior gets sorted in one go.

Exterior window cleaning
Glass washed, bladed and detailed from the outside in. We work off ladders or a water-fed pole depending on the reach, so second and third storeys get the same finish as the ground floor.
- Glass, frames and sills
- Screens washed, not just shaken
- Hard water and mineral treatment available

Interior window cleaning
Shoe covers on and cloths down before anything else happens. We work room by room, move what needs moving, and put it all back where it started.
- Shoe covers and floor protection as standard
- Sills and tracks vacuumed then wiped
- Furniture moved and replaced carefully

Frame, sill & track detailing
The part most people skip, and the part that actually changes how a room looks. Tracks get vacuumed and scrubbed, frames wiped down, and the corners nobody photographs get the same attention as the middle.
- Tracks vacuumed, scrubbed and dried
- Frame and gasket wipe-down
- Paint flecks and builder residue removed

High & hard-to-reach glass
Arched windows, stairwell glass, conservatories and anything else you've been quietly ignoring. Pure-water poles reach up to four storeys from the ground, so there's no ladder leaning on your gutters.
- Pure-water pole system, no detergent residue
- Reaches to roughly four storeys from the ground
- Safer for gutters, sills and planting beds
- Gutter clearing
- Power washing
- House soft wash
- Screen cleaning & repair
- Skylights
- Storefront & commercial glass
- Post-construction clean-up
- Patio & pool deck
Every window
in the house.
One afternoon.
Most homes are a single visit — inside, outside, frames, sills and screens. You get a fixed time, a fixed price, and the whole place done before dinner.

What people say
They gave us a start time and an end time and actually kept to both. Cloths went down before a single ladder went up, and the upstairs windows haven't looked like this since we moved in.
We've got a lot of storefront glass and we've been through a few companies. First crew that wiped the frames without being asked. Booking took one text.
Quoted the whole house the same afternoon I called and the number never moved. Polite, tidy, and genuinely careful around the garden beds.
